1. Agreement
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase, download and use of the FlightMatrix website theme ("the Theme"), developed by WP Developer Hub ("WPDH", "we", "us"), available at wpdeveloperhub.com. By purchasing or using the Theme — whether directly from us or through a marketplace such as Envato (ThemeForest / CodeCanyon) — you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you purchase through a marketplace, that marketplace's licence terms also apply and prevail where they conflict.
2. Licence grant
Subject to payment of the applicable licence fee, WPDH grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Theme as follows:
- Regular licence — use the Theme to create one end product (one website / one domain) for yourself or one client. The end product may not be sold to multiple customers.
- Extended licence — use the Theme to create one end product where end users can be charged (e.g. a commercial SaaS or paid-access booking site).
Each additional website or client project requires a separate licence.
3. Permitted use
- Modify, customise and extend the Theme's code and design for your licensed end product.
- Combine the Theme with other works to create a derivative end product.
- Use the Theme for client work, provided the client holds or acquires the licence.
4. Restrictions
You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, lease, sub-license or share the Theme's source files "as-is" or with superficial modifications, whether free or paid;
- Include the Theme in another template, theme, website builder or "site-in-a-box" product offered to multiple customers;
- Use the Theme in any unlawful product or in a manner that infringes third-party rights;
- Claim authorship of the original Theme or remove copyright notices from the source files (visible front-end credit may be removed on licensed end products unless the marketplace licence states otherwise).
5. What is included
Your purchase includes the complete front-end source code (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap 5), design assets, PWA configuration, documentation, and any items listed on the product page. Third-party libraries bundled with the Theme (e.g. Bootstrap, Font Awesome) remain subject to their own open-source licences. Demo content — sample fares, airline names, logos, reviews and images shown on the demo — is for demonstration only and is not licensed for production use.
6. Support & updates
- Support covers bugs in the Theme's own code, guidance on included features and documentation clarifications.
- Support does not cover custom development, third-party plugin conflicts, hosting/server configuration, or modifications made by you or a third party. Custom work can be quoted separately — contact us.
- We may release updates and fixes at our discretion. Marketplace purchases receive updates through the marketplace download page.
- Support requests: support@wpdeveloperhub.com or via our contact page. Standard response time is within 1–2 business days.
7. Refunds
Because the Theme is a digital product delivered instantly, refunds are issued in line with the Envato Market refund policy for marketplace purchases, or within 14 days for direct purchases where the item is broken, materially misdescribed, or does not work as documented and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time. Refunds are not issued for change of mind, lack of expertise, or feature requests not listed on the product page.
8. Intellectual property
The Theme, including its original code, design system and branding assets, remains the intellectual property of WP Developer Hub. Your licence is a right to use, not a transfer of ownership. "FlightMatrix" demo branding is provided as sample content; you are expected to replace it with your own brand in production.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Theme is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. WPDH does not warrant that the Theme will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it complies with laws applicable to your business (e.g. travel-industry, consumer or data-protection regulations) — that responsibility rests with you.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WPDH's total liability arising out of or related to the Theme shall not exceed the amount you paid for the licence. In no event shall WPDH be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current revision. Continued use of the Theme after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
