1. Who we are
WP Developer Hub ("WPDH", "we", "us") is the developer of the FlightMatrix theme and operator of this demo website and wpdeveloperhub.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you browse the demo, contact us, or purchase our products, and how we use and protect it.
2. Data we collect
- Contact data — when you use our contact form, email us, or message us on WhatsApp, we receive your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
- Purchase data — when you buy the Theme through Envato (ThemeForest / CodeCanyon) or directly, we receive your purchase code, username and licence type. Payment card details are processed by the marketplace or payment gateway and never reach our servers.
- Usage data — standard server logs and analytics: IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, and referring site.
- Demo interactions — data entered into demo forms (search fields, booking forms) is sample-only and is not stored or transmitted.
3. How we use your data
- To answer pre-sales questions, provide licensed-buyer support and deliver updates;
- To verify licences and prevent fraud or abuse;
- To improve our products, demo content and documentation;
- To send occasional product updates or offers only if you opt in — every email includes an unsubscribe link;
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.
4. Cookies & analytics
The demo site uses essential cookies (session, preferences such as currency/language) and may use analytics cookies (e.g. Google Analytics) to understand aggregate visitor behaviour. Analytics data is pseudonymised where possible. You can block cookies in your browser settings; essential features may still work, but preferences will not persist.
5. Third-party services
We rely on a small number of processors to run our business:
- Envato Market — marketplace transactions and licence records;
- Payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal) — for direct purchases;
- Email & hosting providers — message delivery and site hosting;
- WhatsApp (Meta) — if you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, Meta's own privacy policy applies to that conversation;
- CDN providers (jsDelivr, Cloudflare, Google Fonts) — the demo loads libraries and fonts from CDNs, which may log your IP address as part of serving the file.
6. Data retention
Support and sales correspondence is retained for up to 24 months after your last interaction so we can honour licence support periods. Server logs are rotated within 90 days. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 8).
7. Security
We use HTTPS/SSL across our sites, restrict access to personal data to authorised personnel, and store data with reputable providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take commercially reasonable measures to protect your information.
8. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. To exercise any right, email contact@wpdeveloperhub.com — we respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
9. Children
Our products and this demo are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Note for theme buyers
This policy covers WPDH and this demo site only. If you build a live booking website with the FlightMatrix theme, you are the data controller for your customers' data and must publish your own privacy policy reflecting your actual data practices, payment providers and legal requirements.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
